Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Times We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Australia: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or high demand periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing.
